Weather
Warm and sunny morning. Some high clouds started to move in around 9 am. Very light southwesterly winds.
Snowpack
Paths with a southerly aspect like the Engineers, Henry Brown, and East Lime are melting out. HS varies from 0-18". Thick melt/freeze crusts have developed, enough to be supportable to boots in some areas. Below the crusts are rounds or melt-forms, depending on how deep the snowcover is. West Lime has lost a lot of snow, but still has a wintry snowpack. HS is around 90 cm. The 1/2" or so of snow we got here on the 26th has shrunk down to a few millimeters of small-grained facets and DFs. This sits over a soft wind crust in most places, though the crust is inconsistent across the slope. Below this are rounds which become more cohesive with depth, 4f-1f.
