Weather

Cold, around 10-15F all day, but sun was heating up snow more than we expected. Mostly sunny all morning until 12:30pm when clouds rolled in heavier.

Snowpack

Hand tests and hasty tests showed right-side-up snow around Soda Mtn, with approximately 25cm from Saturday (heavy, 4finger) and 25cm from Sunday (light, fist). We observed some minor sloughing on very steep sections, such as 40degree rollovers. Around noon the south facing snow became heavier and sloughing worsened, our group headed out at that point.
