Clear skies, mild temps, strong spring sun. West winds increased during the day.
Snowpack
South facing slopes continue to transfer to a spring snowpack. Above treeline on steep slopes the surface was slow to warm by noon, but nice spring riding conditions observed the closer you got to treeline. Very little snow persists below treeline on south. Northerly slopes were cold and firm in areas. No cracking or collapsing observed. No rollerballing or point releases, but out of the backcountry by 1pm.
