Avalanche

Noteworthy R5 avalanche debris below the West face of Avery Peak, presumably during the early March cycle. The runout was both widened and lengthened, snapping mature aspen and pine trees 1-3’ in diameter. More carnage than the big slides that came off of Gothic Peak and blocked the road.
