Overcast, blowing snow on ridgelines. Snowing less than 1 cm/hr (S-1)

Shallow. ~70 cm in sheltered areas, although there is a supportable layer under the new snow from the past three days

None. Active wind loading on leeward sides of above treeline ridges. No real transport BTL...most trees still had new snow on branches.
