Avalanche

NE slope @10500' remotely triggered from 60' away while we were skinning along the ditch. Slope is approx 30deg. Crown was 12-15" deep, 50' wide, 100' long, failed on persistent layer. Slope did not run. I had been hearing major whumphs all day but this one was particularly loud and was the only one that I saw any aftmath from.
