Weather

Scattered clouds in the morning gave way to mostly cloudy skies and few snowflakes in the afternoon.

Snowpack

Thin snow cover throughout. An average depth of 1 to 2 feet on north facing terrain with less measured where northerly terrain faced more east and west. Deeper pockets (3 to 4 feet) of old wind loaded snow only in isolated terrain features behind exposed ridges and deep gullies. Little to no snow on south facing terrain. Widespread surface hoar growth on northerly aspects with cohesionless facets to the ground.
