Weather

Today at 11000 ft. on the east facing side Richmond Ridge was slightly obscured, snowing lightly this morning giving way to clear skies with isolated bands of fog rolling in

Snowpack

44cm of new snow fell on near surface facets above a sun crust that formed before the last big storm.

Avalanche

Avalanche was triggered at 11,960 ft on an East facing gulley and propagated across to a north facing planar slope. Since there was 15 cm new snow on bed surface, we thought it probably went sometime last Friday.
