NE facing aspect below treeline. Heavy wind loading on a very smooth bed surface. Staring zone was barely 30 degrees. Triggered from above while skinning on the ridge. Avalanche was approximately 50-60 ft wide and ran 100 ft before going out of sight trough some trees where it got even steeper. Average crown depth of 2ft.
