High thin clouds. Sundogs and halo around the sun. Just enough shortwave radiation coming thru to feel "greenhouse" type warming. Light NW wind near TL.

Avalanche

Crown profile of 1/17 remotely triggered avalanche on SW aspect >TL in US Basin. Initially reported 1/19. Crown ranged from roughly 40cm-120cm. Found slide failed on Dec FC 2.0mm roughly 65cm down from surface @ profile location. CTM (SC), ECTP22, and PSTEND 46/100cm all indicate that this layer could still be triggered. See profile.
