Snowpack
Laden with trap doors from treeline to ridge line 12,200' Minor woompfing and negligible cracking at time of departure 11 AM. Woompfing and shooting cracks much more pronounced upon retun @ 1600. I also probed for depth just above the cornice that typically forms on the NE ridge leading to Fletcher (up Mayfloer Gulch TH) and found 190 mm total depth. Although I dug a bit in nearly the same area I didn't pay much attention to the layers. Rock hard wind slab on varying degrees of DH is as much of a "report" as I'd be willing to give. The nearly 200 mm of snow I measured was approximately 25 ft from the edge of the cornice itself.
