12000ft at ridge top. Light winds from the NW moderate blowing snow. Temps below freezing. Skies clear.
Snowpack
North Aspect at 12000ft 70cm depth. Approxmately 50cm of pencil then 20cm of fist facets. CT 7 ECT 24 on 50cm interface. South Aspect at 12000ft 80cm with lots of crusts and facet layers. Also experienced a whumpf around the pit location on the South aspect.
Avalanche
Were able to trigger small wndslabs on some isolated rolls.
