Wind transport and loading from the NW yesterday with easy surface shears of the top 1", then a 8" thick soft slab from the storm on a MF crust, which was formed just before the start of the storm...good bonding here. Weak wet grains below the crust which did not freeze, with a MODERATE failure under a loaded column. Only surface sluffing to the inside lane of the highway with 1 foot on centerline during the storm.
