Weather
Snow and wind increased throughout the duration of the tour. Temps stayed cold up high especially in wind exposed areas.
Snowpack
The new snow from Tuesdays and Wednesdays storm has been redistributed by the wind creating large drifts in areas and scoured slopes in others. On south facing slopes the new snow has settled to around 20 cm's with a 2-3 cm melt-freeze crust on the surface of the snow. This Layer will case a problem once it is buried. On North facing slopes the snow is staying cold and dry but has been affected by the wind. Best riding conditions were found near treeline in protected areas. No signs of instability observed in old snow layers.
