Weather

Lightly snowing all morning and early afternoon. Low teens and felt damp. Moderate west winds above treeline. Mostly overcast, with the sun poking through a few times.

Snowpack

Didn't seem like winds had been too strong near treeline. West facing alpine slopes were scoured as usual, south & east faces holding snow. Crusts on sunny & low elevation slopes. Still numerous persistent weak layers in the upper snowpack.

Avalanche

Visibility was pretty decent and I didn't see any avalanches along CO82 or while touring.
