Weather

Temps were slow rising throughout the day. Sky was fully covered in the morning, and starting to clear by 12:00 pm. There were no visibility issues at or above tree line. Winds were coming from the SSW and there was blowing snow to the NNE aspects. Winds were calm to light for entire day.

Snowpack

The snowpack was healing from last storm cycle. Below Tree Line on east aspects, there was a slight sun crust. On N-NE aspects BTL, the snow was dry and cold; also surface hoar was visible. Above Tree Line, there was a wind crust on East aspects. N-NE aspects had a breakable wind crust, and North aspects were not as affected. Test results showed no propagation, and only the storm layer was breaking.
