quite cold with strong and gusty NW wind.

Snowpack

New snow (5"-6") was highly abraded by wind and was quite dense and flour-like. Big banners off peaks from strong winds indicated rapid transport. However, lee slopes did not look "fat". Seems like only localized wind slabs may be forming. More stripping than anything, along with some suspect looking cross-loaded gullies. New snow bonding decently to old crusts.
