Weather

WEATHER: Mostly cloudy in the morning with gusting winds from the NW, high at times blowing and swirling snow. Cold with a 9f start but didn't seem to warm up during the day. Didn't get to ski anything steep but no new snow moving or did I see anything that run.

Snowpack

AVALANCHE / SNOWPACK OBS: 8 inches of new snow and no instability seen throughout the day. New snow old snow seem to like each other at this aspect and elevation. Blowing snow created wind crust at upper elevations but minimal and didnt really affect skiing surface. Not enough snow to really affect avy conditions.
