Warm temps well above freezing. cooling mid-afternoon. OVC skies becoming X. Brief moment of S-1 snowfall. SW ridgetop winds were light with moderate gusts in the AM becoming strong by late afternoon. intense blowing snow at highest elevations by late afternoon. Significant dust event started around 16:00.
Snowpack
Lack of overnight freeze evident below 10,500ft. Did not see much new Wind Slab development until 16:00. Many sunny slopes near TL had crusts on the surface and lack of available snow for transport.
