Avalanche

Skinned from Cameron Pass Peking lot to Hor Dog Bowl. Very wet skin to about 10,500 then easy and dry. 2 inches of new snow with grapel on top. Crust was very firm with no breakthrough on boots at any elevation. Snow below crust was dry, not saturated. High altitudes conditions were winter. Low altitude was Spring. Blue skies and T-shirts on the way up. Frozen crust was evident at all attitudes and all aspects (n,ne,e). Large natural avalanches were visible on west facing slopes above tree line above Michigan Ditch. Aspect: E Elevation: Above treeline
