Went to check out the conditions prior to the forecast snowfall. Very low snowpack until ~ 1650m with some early season hazards still present across all elevations. S-SW faces had a solar crust present that was breakable to ski travel. In areas where solar crust had not developed (Trees/N-NE Faces) snow was very sugary with hoar frost developed. Ski out was difficult and boot packed down the last bit for saftey. Skiing was good near the top tho
