Snow quality changes were noticeable with every degree of aspect change, sun affect was strong and kept us off directly solar aspects. Saw large natural sluffing into fishbowl from 2000m ridge around 11am, which had direct sun at the time. Found some good powder in sheltered areas on the North side of 2000m ridge. Our Final descent was from liverwurst pass, accessed from 2000m ridge, and it was coated with a breakable sun/wind crust late in the afternoon (NE aspect). Snowpack was solid down 1m with no noticeable layers and no results in snow tests on the NE aspect at around 1850m.
