Excellent storm skiing up on then N side of Chief Pascal. New snow felt like about 10-15cm in trees and about 30cm in open areas. The new snow was poorly consolidated. A few chunks broke off on the elbows of our skin track but we didn't see any shooting cracks or evidence of natural avalanche activity. Sluffing seemed to be the main concern where we were riding in fairly conservative terrain. The powder was light and turns were epic.
