Approximately 20cm SF/FC is bonded well to a supportive IFrc up to 2000m on solar aspects. Below is a very well consolidated snowpack-albeit shallow (50-100cm HS). Roughly 3-5cm HST throughout day. Small isolated pockets of 30cm+ 4F SWD on features lee to the S/SE/SW in the alpine, SC yielded no results. 3mm surface hoar exists below 13/12 HST in sheltered low angle aspects at treeline. Great fast skiing on lower angled terrain in sheltered alpine bowls. Watch for bonding between new snow and SF/FC.
