Great day at NRC

Great day out at NRC. Cold start at -21 but the sun was out and there was an inversion starting around 1800m. Zero wind and thought today would be the day to top-out NRC…close but only made it to 2400m. Probing and hand shears on the way up showed a good snowpack, felt solid with no instabilities noted, ride down did include some sloughing on steeper sections.
