Just went to check out what we’re looking at early season. Didn’t even put on skins, went for a hike up to just above 2000m where there was about 20-30cm of snow. 10-15cm of fresh snow on top of 10-15cm of a crunchy layer. Found enough snow in a gully for a few fun turns.
