We saw several recent cornice falls - some of which triggered slabs below up to size three (See photos). We think these were triggered by the recent warming, rain, and/or strong winds. We witnessed a few small loose wet avalanches running in the space of a few minutes out of extreme east facing alpine terrain. We also saw evidence of old loose wet avalanches up to size 2. A good overnight refreeze of the snowpack would help lower the avalanche hazard, but I would expect with the forecast continued warming (and no refreeze) to result in more natural avalanches being triggered tomorrow.
