Wind slabs and wet snow represent the main danger.

In the vicinity of peaks a generally favourable avalanche situation will be encountered in some localities. As the day progresses as a consequence of warming during the day there will be an increase in the danger of wet avalanches. Above approximately 1500 m small small avalanches are possible.

Snowpack Structure

As a consequence of warming, the likelihood of wet snow slides and avalanches being released will increase in all aspects in all altitude zones.
